Dresden, 26.08.2024: Kiwigrid, Europe's leading IoT company for energy management and optimization, announces a change in leadership. After more than four years of very successful strategic development of the company, Dr. Frank Schlichting will leave Kiwigrid at the end of the year to take on management tasks in applied physics in line with his roots outside the energy sector.
Dr. Frank Schlichting, who took over as CEO of the company in August 2020 after holding management positions at Solare Datensysteme, Nanotron Technologies and Volkswagen Autostadt during the COVID-19 pandemic, played a key role in the launch of the new PaaS and SaaS product generation KiwiOS X and the energy managers Voyager X and Rail X, as well as the company's transformation from a project to a product business.
Dr. Frank Schlichting will continue as CEO of the company until December and then hand over the baton to the current CFO and Co-Managing Director Janek Schuffenhauer, CPO Dr.-Ing. Carsten Bether and Lars Schwarzelt, currently VP of Products and Customer Success.
